Steps of construction for the above triangle are as follows:

Step 1:
Draw a line AB of line segment of 4 cm

Step 2:
Mark 60 degrees at point A and draw a line from point A passing through this mark.

Step 3:
Mark 30 degrees at point B and draw a line from point B passing through this mark.

Step 4 :
Mark the point of intersection as C. Join A, C and B, C to get the traingle ABC as shown below:
