$(x^{2} - 9 x + \sqrt{3}) - (- 19 x + \sqrt{3} + 7 x^{2}) = x^{2} - 9 x + \sqrt{3} + 19 x - \sqrt{3} - 7 x^{2} = x^{2} - 7 x^{2} - 9 x + 19 x + \sqrt{3} - \sqrt{3} = - 6 x^{2} + 10 x$
