The correct option is A 5
Present age of Mr Ramesh and his son,
Mr Ramesh =4×Son

After 10 years their ages will be,

Ramesh + 10 = 2(Son +10)

Replace Ramesh with 4 x Son
4xSon +10=2 xSon +20

Collect like terms
4 x Son 2 x Son =2010
2xSon =10
Son =5
Mr Ramesh's son is 5 years old.
