$h=\frac{4400}{110}=40cm$
Radius r of the cylinder
$=\frac{BaseArea}{2\pi }$
$=\frac{110}{2\times \frac{22}{7}}=\frac{35}{2}$
$\therefore$ Volume $=\pi r^{2}h$
$=\frac{2}{7}\times \frac{35}{2}\times \frac{35}{2}\times 40c{m}^2$
$=38500c{m}^2$
