$\Rightarrow 2\pi rh=4400$ .....$\left(1\right)$

circumference of its base $=110$cm

$\Rightarrow 2\pi r=110$ .....$\left(2\right)$

$\Rightarrow r=\frac{110}{2\pi }=\frac{55}{\pi }$

From $\left(1\right)\Rightarrow 2\pi rh=2\pi \times \frac{55}{\pi }h=4400$

$\Rightarrow h=\frac{4400}{110}=40$cm

Volume of cylinder$=\pi r^{2}h$

$=\pi \times \frac{55}{\pi }\times \frac{55}{\pi }\times 40$

$=\frac{55\times 55\times 40\times 7}{22}$

$=\frac{847000}{22}=38500{cm}^3$
