The correct option is A 4400
Valid vote percentage in village A in 2005 = 80% Then number of total valid votes
=2500×8020=10000
Total votes excluding 10% NOTA =10000×90100=9000
If the votes polled for losing candidate is X
X+(X+200) = 9000
X = 4400
