Yes, F2 bond is easier to break than N2. This is beacuse, F is more electronegative than N, therefore, the bond dissociation energy of F2 is lower.
Also, a sigma bond is present in F2 whereas, a sigma and pi bond is present in N2. Therefore, it is true that F2 bond is easier to break than N2.
