The correct option is B $37500 s q . m$
Length $=$ x meter
Breadth $= 0.6 x$
Given perimeter $= 800$ meter
$2 [x + 0.6 x] = 800$
$x = 250 m$
Length $= 250$ m
Breadth $= 0.6 \times 250 = 150$ m
Area $= 250 \times 150$
