Circumference of base =110 cm

Let r be the radius

$\therefore 2\pi r=110$

$\Rightarrow 2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r=110$

$\Rightarrow r=\frac{110\times 7}{2\times 22}=\frac{35}{2}cm$

Now, curved surface area $=2\pi rh$

$\therefore 2\pi rh=4400\Rightarrow 2\pi \frac{22}{7}\times \frac{35}{2}\times h=4400$

110.h=4400

$\Rightarrow h=\frac{4400}{110}$

$\Rightarrow h=40cm$

Hence volume of cylinder $=\pi r^{2}h$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{35}{2}\times \frac{35}{2}\times 40c{m}^3$

$=38500c{m}^3$
