Let r be the radius of circle

Given that,

$2\pi r-r=37$

$\Rightarrow r=\frac{37}{2\pi -1}$

$\Rightarrow r=\frac{37}{\frac{44}{7}-1}$

$\Rightarrow r=7$

so, area of circle = $\pi r^2$

$=\pi 7^2$

$=49\pi c{m}^2$
