Given : Radius (r) = 7 cm

Perimeter of the full circle = 2$\pi$r = 2 $\times \frac{22}{7}\times$ 7 = 44 cm

Perimeter of the quadrant = $\frac{2\pi r}{4}$ + 2r = $\frac{44}{4}$ + 2$\times$7 = 11 + 14 = 25 cms

Ratio between Full circle and the Quadrant = 44 : 25
