The correct option is A $$31.75$$
Formula$$\rightarrow W=\xi It$$
where W=Mass, I=Current, t=Time, $$\xi=Electrochemical \,Equivalent$$
$$\xi=\cfrac{Equivalent \,Weight(E)}{Faraday(F)}$$.
$$\therefore\,W=\cfrac{E}{F}\times I\times\,t$$.
$$\therefore\,E=\cfrac{W\times \,F}{I\times\,t}=\cfrac{0.295\times 96500}{0.25\times 3600}$$
$$E=31.63$$
