The correct option is A 0.5 mol
BaCl2 +H2SO4 BaSO4+2HCl

1 mol of BaCl2 reacts with 1 mol H2SO4 to give 1 mol of BaSO4.

Here , BaCl2 is the limiting reagent.

Therefore, moles of BaSO4 formed = moles of BaCl2 present = 0.5mol.
