The correct option is A $2 V, 1 Ω$
$- V A B + I - 3 + 2 I_{1} - 8 = 0$
$- V A B + I - 3 + 2 (I - I_{1}) + 10 = 0$
Solving these above equations,
$V A B = 2 V$
For $1 Ω$ is internal resistance
