Given, dimensions of the block are;
l=4 m, b=50 cm=50100 m=0.5 m
and h=20 cm=20100m=0.2 m

Volume of the block
=l×b× h=4×0.5×0.2=0.4 m3

Also, given dimensions of the pit are;
l = 19 m, b = 13 m and h = 4 m

Volume of pit
=l× b× h=(19×13×4) m3

Number of blocks
=Volume of the pitVolume of the block=19×13×40.4
