Let total hours $=x$, total charges $=$y

Charges for $2$hrs $=$Rs. $50$

Charges for more than $2$hrs $=$Rs. $10$.

Remaining hours $=x-2$

Total charges for remaining hours $=$Rs. $10(x-2)$

Total charges $=$ charge for first $2$ hrs $+$ charge for remaining hours

$\Rightarrow y=50+10(x-2)$

$\Rightarrow y=30+10x$.
