Charges for more than $2$ hrs$=$Rs. $10$

Remaining hours $=x-2$

Total charges for remaining hours $=$Rs. $10(x-2)$

Total charges $=$ charge for first $2$ hrs $+$ charge for remaining hours

$y=50+10(x-2)$

Hence the equation is $y=30+10x$

when $x=6$, $y=30+10\times 6=30+60=90$.
