According to Henry's Law
Pgas=KH×χgas

Case 1:
1=KH×nethanenethane+nH2O

Since, nH2O>>nethane

1=KH×nethanenH2O1=KH×6.56×10230nH2O

1=KH×6.56×10230×nH2O eqn(i)

Case 2:
Pgas=KH×nethanenethane+nH2O

Since, nH2O>>nethane

Pgas=KH×nethanenH2OPgas=KH×5×10230nH2O

Pgas=KH×5×10230×nH2O eqn(ii)

Dividing eqn(ii) by eqn(i)
Pgas1=KHKH×5×102×nH2O×306.56×102×nH2O×30Pgas=56.56=0.76 bar
