let the length of rectangle be $l$

we know that perimeter of rectangle $=2\left(l+b\right)$

$=2\left(30+l\right)$

and perimeter of rectangle $=$$130cm$

$2\left(30+l\right)$$=$$130$

$30+l=\frac{130}{2}$

$30+l=65$

$l=65-30$

$l=35cm$

Area of rectangle $=l\times b$

$=35\times 30$

$=1,050$

Hence$,$ the length and the area of the rectangle are $35cm$ and $1,050c{m}^2$ respectively.
