The correct option is A 16 E
From the stefan's law: $E = σ A T^{4}$
So, $E = σ A 273^{4}$ ------(1)
Now, for second one $E_{1} = σ A 546^{4}$ -----(2)
On dividing equation(2) by (1), we get
$\frac{E_{1}}{E} = \frac{546^{4}}{273^{4}} = 16$
Or, we can say $E_{1} = 16 E$
