The correct option is A $Σ \propto T^{4}$
By Stephan Boltzman law,

$P = σ (4 π R^{2}) T^{4}$

$θ = \frac{2 r}{R}$ where R is distance between earth and sun and r is radius of earth.

Hence, $\sum = \frac{P}{4 π r^{2}} = C T^{4} {(\frac{R}{r})}^{2} = K T^{4} θ^{2}$

Hence $\sum α T^{4}$ and $\sum α θ^{2}$

Answer is option A.
