Flux through closed surface $S_{1}, ϕ_{S_{1}} = \frac{Q_{i n}}{ϵ_{0}} = \frac{q_{1}}{ϵ_{0}} = (4.00 \times 10^{- 9} C) / ϵ_{0} = 452 N m^{2} / C$
