Let us assume that the total no. of votes be x.
Therefore, a candidate needs 3x4 votes.
However, 2x3 votes have already been counted, so x3 votes are still to be counted.
The candidate has 56 of 3x4.
=5×3x6×4

=5x8
Hence, he still needs
=3x45x8

=x8
The total no of remaining votes =x3

Hence, the fraction of the remaining votes he needs to win is 38.
