Thus, $3rd$ and $4th$ side $=5:3$

Let length of sides be$=x$

Perimeter of parallelogram =sum of all sides

$48=5x-3x+5x+3x$

$48=16x$

$x=\frac{48}{16}$

$x=3cm$

Length of $1$ and $3rd$ side $=15cm$

Length of $2nd$ and $4th$ side $3\times 3=9cm$
