Effective Combination in series
$C_{s} = \frac{C_{1} C_{2}}{C_{1} + C_{2}}$
Effective combination in parallel
$C_{P} = C_{s} + C_{3}$
$= \frac{C_{1} C_{2}}{C_{1} + C_{2}} + C_{3}$
