Use elimination method for solving the following equations:
2x+y=0, 3xy=5

Given equations are
2x+y=0 ....(1)
and 3xy=5
Add both the equations to eliminate y, we get
5x=5
x=1
substitute this value of x in equation (1),
2(1)+y=0
2+y=0
y=2
Therefore, the solution is x=1,y=2.
