Let force applied by Vijay be F1 and force applied by Gopal be F2.
Given, force F1=22 N, F2=10 N and displacement S=6.5 m
Since, both the forces are acting in the opposite direction, net force=2210=12 N
Net work done,W = Net force × displacement = 12 ×6.5 = 78 J .
The net work done is 78 J.
