If tube is at ${60}^{\circ }$, in this case height must be equal to
$h=2cm\Rightarrow \cos {60}^{\circ }=\frac{h}{l}$
$\therefore l=\frac{h}{\cos {60}^{\circ }}=\frac{2}{1/2}=4cm$.
