In hot sunny days, the humidity of atmosphere in the beach is very high. Humidity is uncomfortable because it holds moisture to our body, donot allowing us to cool. The sweat produced on our body cannot evapourate beacause the air is already full of moisture content. So, we feel uncomfortable on a hot sunny day in the beach.
