What are the special clothes worn as part of Magh Bihu?

Assamese people wear special clothes during Magh Bihu. The men in the community wear dhotis and gamosa, a piece of cloth that is tied on the heads. The women wear beautiful beige coloured saree with red borders called Mekhela Chador. These are made out of silk called Pat silk or Muga silk.
