What are the symptoms of rickets and goitre?

Dear student,
The main symptom of a goitre is swelling of the thyroid gland (a gland in the neck that produces hormones) which coz a lump to develop in the throat. The lump will move up n down when you swallow.
Rickets has several main symptoms including:
delayed growth, muscle weakness,pain in the bones of the spine,pelvis, and legs bowed (curved) or misshapen legs.
