Solution

Angina pectoris: Chest pain due to an inadequate supply of oxygen to the heart muscle. The pain is typically severe and crushing.
Heart failure can occur if the heart cannot pump (systolic) or fill (diastolic) adequately.
In cardiac arrest, the heart abruptly stops beating. Without prompt intervention, it can result in the person's death.
A heart attack puts the cardiac muscle at a risk of stretching out. Which cause severe pain and leads to heart failure.
