  6. Consume a balanced diet plan.
  7. Food rich in fibers and antioxidants should be consumed.
  8. Completely stop the use of tobacco products and alcohol.
  9. Control over diabetes and blood pressure.
  10. Maintain both cholesterol and blood pressure levels.
