Open in App
Solution

The cerebellum is the second largest part of the brain after cerebrum. It does not initiate the movements of the body but modulates or reorganises the motor commands. It coordinates the locomotor activity in the body.
The cerebellum is vital to control of rapid muscular activities such as running, typing, flying. Damage to the cerebellum can cause improper coordination of the movements.
