let the first number be 'a'. and second number be 'b'

Given :- a = (divided)$\times$12+remainder.

dividend = $\left(\frac{1}{4}b\right)$

$\Rightarrow a=\frac{1}{4}\left(b\right)\times 12+$ reminder.

$\Rightarrow a=3b+$ reminder

if reminder = 0

a = 3b

present $=\frac{a-b}{b}\times 100$

$=\frac{3b-b}{b}\times 100$

percent = 200

$\therefore$ first number is 200% more

than second number.

if reminder $\ne 0$

a = 3b+reminder

$\Rightarrow$ data insignificant.
