$D e n s i t y o f m i x t u r e = \frac{T o t a l m a s s}{T o t a l v o l u m e}$

Let $1^{s t}$ liquid have mass $M_{1}$ , density $p_{1}$ and Volume $V$

and

$2^{s t}$ liquid have mass $M_{2}$ , density $p_{2}$ and Volume $V$

So,Density of mixture $= \frac{M_{1} + M_{2}}{2 V}$ $=$ $\frac{p_{1} V + p_{2} V}{2 V}$
