The correct option is A 60W
Given : $P_{1} = 100$ W $P_{2} = 60$ W
Resistance of the bulb $R = \frac{V^{2}}{P}$ $⟹$ $R \propto \frac{1}{P}$ for same $V$
$∴$ $P_{1} > P_{2}$ $⟹$ $R_{2} > R_{1}$
Hence 60 W bulb has more resistance.
