Solution

The correct option is B Rete testis --> Efferent ductules --> Epididymis --> Vas deferens
Sperms are produced inside the seminiferous tubules of testis.

The seminiferous tubules open into rete testis which in turn opens into fine ductules called efferent ductules (vasa efferentia).

Vasa efferentia leave the testis and open into epididymis which is located along the posterior surface of each testis.

Epididymis opens into vas deferens which ascends and enters into the abdomen and loops over the urinary bladder.

The vas deferens receives a duct from the seminal vesicle and together they join to form the ejaculatory duct which opens into the urethra.

Thus, the correct route is: Rete testis → Efferent ductules → Epididymis → Vas deferens.

Option B is the correct answer.
