ClO+3 and H3O+ have more than two ligands. So we can rule them out for bent shape!

BF3 is trigonal and if F+ is removed, we get a bent molecule (planar as well).
A compound with 2 ligands is always planar (we ignore the non-bonding electrons).

Cl2O is bent line water and HOCl. From dichlorine monoxide, if one electron from
he central oxygen atom is abstracted, then we get Cl2O+ which is bent and planar!
