1) Free rotation must be restricted.
2) Both the terminals must be attached with different groups.
Structure (a), (c) and (d) have two different groups at the terminal carbon of double bond as well as restricted rotation (double bond), thus they will show geometrical isomerism.
In option (b), two hydrogen atoms are present at the same terminal end of doubly bonded carbon. Hence, it will not show geometrical isomerism.
