Why do human beings need to eat food?
Without proper nutrition, body can't survive. When we eat a balanced diet, body obtains the fuel and nutrients it needs to accomplish various bodily tasks. Water is another essential component of your diet. Without it, body can't flush out toxins, transport nutrients to cells or perform other vital bodily processes.
