Why do you think curd sets faster in summer than in winter?

Could you please check my answer is correct

Curd sets faster in summer than in winter due to the warmth in the atmosphere. In this warmth the micro organisms present in the curd starts reproducing quickly thus making more of its kind. Whereas in winter the cold atmosphere reduces the Reproduction of lactobacillus so curd takes time to set in winter as compared to Summers

The bacteria needs warmth to turn the milk into curd. So in summer the temperature is high which is favourable for the growth of bacteria. It helps the bacteria to multiply faster which helps them to change the milk into curd. ... That's why it takes more time in winter for the curd to set than in summer
