Threshing is the process of collecting the grains from the crop. Threshing is the last step which is after reaping. This process can be either done by hand or machine. In this process, grains are separated from straw. Manual threshing is hand beating by holding the crop against a rotating drum, but this is a time taking a process and needs more labor. Machine threshing is a process which needs a thresher to thresh grains. It separates the grains from husks. It does so by beating the plants to make the seeds fall out.
