Proton: The proton is the particle found inside the atom and has a positive charge. The proton's mass is equal to the mass of one hydrogen atom.
Positron: It is a positively charged particle inside the atom that has a mass equivalent to the mass of an electron.
Therefore, it is clear that both positron and proton are positively charged, but the difference is that they both have different masses.
