1. The secondary sexual characteristics can be defined as the development of any physical characteristic which helps in distinguishing between males and females during the period of puberty (sexual maturity).

   1. Growth of facial hair
   2. Shoulder become wider.
   3. Voice becomes deeper and hoarse.
4. Secondary sexual character in females:
   1. Breasts enlarge and mammary glands develop
   2. Pelvic region widens
   3. Voice becomes shrill.
