$=2\times 100\times 1.2\times 100{cm}^2$ since $1$m$=100$cm

$=24000{cm}^2$

Area of tile $=25\times 25=625{cm}^2$

Number of tiles required$=\frac{Areaofthefloor}{Areaoftile}$

$=\frac{24000}{625}=\frac{96}{5}=18.2$ tiles

Cost of tiles$=$Number of tiles$\times$ Rate

$=18.2\times \frac{420}{12}=$Rs.$637‬$
