Let the average molecular mass be $M$

$M = \frac{d R T}{P} = \frac{1.5 \times 0.0821 \times 303 \times 760}{730} = 38.85$

Let $x$ mole of $C O$ and $(1 - x)$ mole of $C O_{2}$ be present

$x \times 28 + (1 - x) \times 44 = 38.85$

$x = 0.3218$

Mole % of $C O = 32.18$ and
Mole % of $C O_{2} = 100 - 32.18 = 67.82$
