Tetracyclines blocks the A site on the ribosome and prevents the binding of aminoacyl-tRNAs. It inhibits the interaction of mRNA and tRNA during translation. Erythromycin binds to 50S subunit and inhibits translocation of the mRNA during translation. Streptomycin binds to sites on the 30S subunit thereby changing its structure and causing the misreading of genetic code that leads to abnormal proteins. Thus, the correct answer is option B.
