GnRH (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone)
The brain releases a hormone known as GnRH (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone) to start the process of puberty in our body. GnRH stimulates the pituitary gland which releases two hormones FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone) and LH (Luteinizing Hormone) into our bloodstream which perform different actions based on our gender.
