The correct option is B BCl3>CH4>PCl3
BCl3 is sp2 hybridised CH4 is sp3 hybridised PCl3 is sp3 hybridised.

As the character of p is more the bond angle of central atom is less.

However CH4 and PCl3 are having same p character but the lone pair on PCl3 reduces the regular bond angle.

So the correct order is BCl3>CH4>PCl3
